Terms of sale

Updated October 10, 2026. These terms cover the practice packs sold on practice.engineerexamlab.com.

What you buy

A practice pack is a set of PDF files: a practice problem set, a mock exam and its solutions, for the discipline you choose. The optional add-on is a second mock exam with solutions. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. You pay once; nothing renews.

Delivery

We email the files to the address you give at checkout, usually within 10 minutes. If they do not arrive within a few hours, write to hello@engineerexamlab.com and we resend them.

No refunds

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. A free 10-problem sample is available so you can judge the problems before you buy. If you are not happy with the pack, tell us and we send you more problems free. If a problem has an error, we fix it and send you the corrected file.

Personal use

The files are for your own study. You may print them. Do not share, upload or resell them.

Exam practice, not advice

The packs are original practice problems in the style of the FE exam. They are not NCEES exam questions, they do not guarantee any result, and they are not engineering or legal advice. Engineer Exam Lab is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCEES.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
